Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, Rural Health Clinic

Position:

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant oversees the Rural Health Clinic and is responsible for the clinical activities of the RHC.

Hospital:

Falls Community Hospital & Clinic is a Medicare Certified Rural Emergency Hospital with three Rural Health Clinics located in Rosebud, Bremond and Marlin Texas.

The rural health clinics are open during the week Monday through Friday. They provide access to family medicine wellness and sick care, school physicals and immunizations.

Requirements:

Active Texas Nurse Practitioner license (ability to obtain Texas licensure)
Previous Rural Health Clinic (RHC) experience preferred
ATLS/ACLS required (ability to obtain certifications)
