Job Post Description:

5th Street Medical Plaza seeks a Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the fast-growing family of UT Health East Texas hospitals and clinics.

About the Position:

Average patient load of 20-25 per day
EMR: EPIC
M-F 8a to 5p
Outpatient only, no weekend requirement
Lab and X-Ray on site
